This water front home was designed to create an appealing exterior with an open interior. This home began as a California ranch. The entire second and third floor structure was built over the existing home to accommodate the family during construction. Phase two was to redesign the first floor upon completion above. 12’ ceilings on the first floor opened the entire floor plan creating an elegant and modern appeal.
We were selected by this client because of our unique concept to build a detached garage and update the front facade complementing the original design of the home.
